ANCHOR AGITATOR
Agitator for homogenization and low-speed mixing, specifically designed for very slow agitation of medium to high viscosity products (up to 40,000 mPa·s, variable depending on motor power). Not suitable for powder and solid processing; ideal when gentle mixing is required to preserve organoleptic properties and prevent air incorporation.
Constructed in stainless steel AISI 316 or AISI 304; maximum length 3500 mm; suitable for tanks up to 20,000 L (up to 30,000 L on request). Three-phase 400 V or single-phase 230 V operating voltages; typical operating speeds 5–35 RPM; available with electronic speed control for fine control of mixing intensity.
