High-energy dissolver for dispersion and grinding of products and for dissolving agglomerates and powders, with intense shear action in the liquid for the dissolution of solids.
Suitable for mixtures up to 20,000 mPa·s (variable depending on motor power); very energy-intensive application requiring high drive power.
Constructed in AISI 316 stainless steel; maximum length 2000 mm; suitable for tanks up to 5,000 L (upon request up to 10,000 L). Three-phase operating voltage 400V; standard speed 1410 RPM (2960 RPM possible in specific cases); available with electronic speed control for precise performance control.
